Creating dissapointment

Well I can safely say that my ex-CEO is one disappointed man. This hurts a bit because I know I'm the source of the disappointment by leaving my corporation when it needs every single person. A part of me keeps telling me that I'm behaving like a rat making a bee-line on a sinking ship; that's an analogy I hate because I would hate to see VlV go down completely. That would be a damn shame.

I know he's dissapointed, possibly angry beacause I sent him a very personal, heart-felt letter and he returned a very proffesional, terse acknowledgement reply. This particular line:

As much as it "sucks" for VlV to loose good members in our time of need, i can however understand.

That hurt. Also he signed "CEO of VlV" which I've never seen him do. All I can say is I understand and don't hold it against him, I'd be mad too. I'm decided about my choice to join Stay Frosty and even if that were not to work out there are a million things to do in this game that aren't Hi-sec bearing or null-sec sov bashing.
